I got to know Linda when she worked briefly with our department. She was always willing to help us out and share knowledge with those of us who were in the learning stage. Such a truly kind and smart person. My condolences to the family. She will be misssd by so many.

Linda was one of the best bosses I ever had. I had the pleasure of working under her when she was the public works director at St. Bernard Parish Government. Linda's contributions to the recovery of St. Bernard after Hurricane Katrina are immeasurable.

Linda was one incredibly good person and dear friend. I will always remember her ever present smile, her incredible sense of humor and tremendous intellect. Over the past 7 years, our friendship had grown far beyond a business relationship and I will miss her immensely.
