This was real stunning news. I worked with Keith many years. He use to love FQ fest. What a very funny guy. The hospitality industry can take a few years off one's life. I hope there is a lot of V8 juice in heaven. bill roach

Keith was one of the best guys I've ever known. He was extremely smart with a big heart and a great sense of humor. I loved to see him laugh because you could see the wheels turning inside his head- every idea, every joke led to another one for Keith and he couldn't wait to get more fun out of life. Fishing, barbecueing or just hanging out, we always had a good time together. I am truly saddened by his passing and send my heartfelt condolences to his family. The world was a better place when he was around.

I met Mr. Keith Peyrefitte as a young man @ Brennan's restaurant. He taught me more valuable information about life than many of my own family members. He showed me the correct path to walk even under duress, never compromise your values no matter what. Be who you are as an individual, and hold true to that. Life will fall in a positive direction. He even taught me a few things about catching some fish, even though I thought I knew it all...... Gonna miss you Keith..... You are some1 I looked up to, and you will always have a special place in my life.

We were indeed saddened to learn of Keith's passing. Kathy worked with him for 20 years at Brennan's and saw him on occasion in the late 90's. He was extremely independent and had a very quick wit. He often shared pictures of things that were going on outside of work....all numbered and all with a story. I can still see his facial expression when he thought he had made a particularly clever comment. Our thoughts and prayers are with Keith's family.

So glad to have hung out with Keith recently, as well as during his Texas visits over the last few years. But most of all, I cherish--and always will--the memories of our youth. Keith moved to the West Bank during our 10th grade year, and he and I and Chris C became running buddies who did everything together as we crashed into young adulthood. We ran the marshes chasing fish, we cruised New Orleans with our girlfriends, and we did a lot of things that maybe shouldn’t be mentioned here. Shortly before graduation, Mike H came into our lives, and more adventures unfolded. I always admired Keith for his independent spirit and the enthusiasm he had for life. See you later, Keith. Thank you for your friendship. Condolences to all who knew him.

May you find strength in the love of family the warm embrace of friends, and the wonderful memories of you and Mr.Peyrefitte together. Rely on God for his comfort and guidance. As " the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort " 2Corinthians 1:3 , he cares for us so much that he promises a better future here on earth Revelation 21:4.
Although I never had the pleasures of meeting Mr. Peyrefitte , from these postings, he sounds like a pretty special man. I do know what the pain of death can bring the family.
My sincerest condolences for your loss of beloved loved one.

My sincere condolences to Keith's family and friends. The world is decidedly less wise, humorous, and grounded with his departure. I do
wish that we were there to celebrate his life and mourn his departure in person, but we will be sending our thoughts and prayers from New Jersey.

My brother, Keith will always be remembered by his family as a wonderful brother, uncle, great uncle and a recent husband. With all those titles, Keith favorite saying "Nothing is
too Good for the Family". Keith proved that everyday with our family, always sharing his time, fishing expertise , camp and cooking talents with us . Our Grand Isle Trips were Keith's Legacy to us .We made our memories year after year for over 20 years with him at the helm. He did it all for us, his family. Keith we love you and will always remember you forever.
