Vito Joseph Caronna

Vito Joseph Caronna, 86, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at his home in New Orleans, La surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Mary Campisi Caronna; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Joseph Vito Caronna, Salvatore and Caroline Caronna, Frank Antony and Virginia Caronna, Antony Vito and Wendy Caronna; nine grandchildren, Dorothy, Salvatore, Elizabeth, Amy, Tony, Michael, Thomas, Maria, and Gavin; and four great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Haden, Troy, and Jay.

He is preceded in death by his son Philip Vito Caronna and parents, Dorotea and Vito Caronna.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 10:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans, La 70119. Interment to follow at St. Patrick #1 Cemetery.
