Valerie C. Hulse

Valerie C. Hulse passed away peacefully December 23, 2020 at the age of 48. She was born in Lafourche Parish on August 18, 1972 to Virgie Cheramie and the late Wayne Cheramie. Valerie was the beloved wife of Mark Hulse and a loving and devoted mother to Allison and Beth Hulse. She is also survived by her siblings Nicole and Peter and many nieces and nephews.
Valerie had a vivacious personality, making friends wherever she went. She worked in real estate as an agent and investor. Valerie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and in her free time she appreciated a good book. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Catholic Service at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel of Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please wear a face covering and practice social distancing. In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
