Scott Vincent, 62, died on Saturday, April 16, 2022. He was lovingly known by many as “grandma”. Mr. Vincent grew up and resided in Atlanta, GA for a number of years until moving to New Orleans in 1997. He was a 25-year resident of New Orleans. He worked for a number of years as the office manager for Royal Antiques in the French Quarter. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ernestine Haynie, his father, Robert Vincent, and his brother, John Rhett Vincent. He is survived by his partner and spouse of 40 years, Scott McRae; his father, Charles Haynie, whom he always considered his father; brother Chuck Haynie and his wife, Lexi; and two nephews, Chance and Hudson; Marc Vincent and his wife, Janet; Rob Vincent and his sister, Danielle Vincent. A memorial service will be held at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70119, at 1:30 PM on Monday, April 25th. Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM.
