Randy James Cheramie

Randy James Cheramie, 62, passed away September 10, 2022. He was a native of La Rose, Louisiana and lived in Gretna, Louisiana for the past 50 years. Randy was employed by the Southern Electronics family for 17 years. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Cheramie, Sr., mother, Audrey Fanguy Cheramie, brother, Johnny Cheramie, Jr., grandparents, Grachien and Marie Cheramie, and Earl and Annie Marie Ledet Fanguy. He is survived by longtime partner of 27 years, Linda Westmoreland, stepsons, Paul Todd and Daniel Green, 4 grandchildren, Elijah, Nathan, Colton, and McKenzie. Randy passed away after a short battle with cancer. There will be a celebration of life ceremony instead of a traditional funeral. Randy loved life and loved having a good time. We invite family and friends to join us at one of his favorite bars, Aloha Shores Lounge, 1224 Fried St, Gretna LA. 70053 on October 1, 2022 from 2-5 p.m., for drinks and potluck.
