Ralph Velez, 94, died Wednesday February 24, 2021. Mr. Velez was a native of New Orleans. A member of NARFE and Knights of Columbus. Retired after 30 years from the USDA. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Lillian Steinlage Velez, and William Quina, Jr. Survived by two nieces, three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Private services will be held Tuesday, March 2 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home with private interment to follow at St. Vincent de Paul Mausoleum.
