Ruth Rowley Olivier passed away on September 2, 2017. She was 103. She was preceded in death by her parents Horace Perez Rowley and Adele O’Shaunessy Rowley and her husband Paul Emile Olivier. Also, sister June R. Glas and brothers Horace P. Rowley, Jr. and Kenneth C. Rowley, and her grandson Robert Horne, her sons-in-law Joseph Blanchard, David Licciardi and Watts Nelson. Ruth is survived by her three daughters, Carol O. Blanchard, Marie (Mizie) Licciardi and Paulette Nelson, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She was also loved by many nieces and nephews. She led a good and happy life full of friends. She was formally a member of the Ladies of The Madonna, the Reapers, St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church and Metairie Country Club. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in the J. Garic Schoen chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON FUNERAL HOME.
