Courageous you battled after your liver transplant for years

Of course you would tell us to hold back the tears

Silent the world has become as since you left in peace

Maureen O’connor Soong passed away peacefully at 7:34 AM on March 31, 2022 surrounded by family. She leaves behind her husband Willie, her children Louele & Macky, Marc & Loralee, Jason and Angelica and her grandchildren, Gabbie, Noelle and Nola. She had a liver transplant on December 5, 2015 and we are thankful for the extra years we got to spend with her. She will be forever remembered by us her family, friends and by all of her adopted children who she loved and cared for all these years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 631 State Street, New Orleans, 70118. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM.
