On September 10,2018 at the age of 71, Lewis James Taylor, II (L.J) passed away leaving behind his beloved wife Colleen A. Taylor, 2 daughters Cassandra A. Taylor, Charlene M. Taylor, four wonderful grandbabies Julian,Jace,Veronica and Charles. His son, Lewis James Taylor, III, sister Kathleen Jatho, 2 nieces Melissa and Ginger and nephew Jay. Brother-in-law Henry J. McCloskey, Toni, Blake and Corey. His mother Madalyn M. Taylor and father Lewis J. Taylor, who preceded him in death.He was a resident of Metairie for 71 years.He served in the National Guard for 6 years. He was also a policeman,firefighter,EMT, fisherman and a wrecker driver. He was an all around well provider for his family. He was a kind hearted man who would help anyone in need. He was well liked by many friends.He was a wonderful husband, father and pawpaw. He will be sadly missed until we meet again. We love you very much.
