Joyce May Rauch

Joyce Rauch passed away peacefully in her home on December 21, 2020. She was a true New Orleans lady and is survived by her husband of 65 years, the love of her life, Martin Rauch; her sons, Doug Rauch and Steve Rauch (Bentley); her grandchildren, Brandelyn Rauch, Brianna Rauch, and Brenner Rauch; her sisters, June Atha (Martin), and Beth Olmstead. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elvira Callaghan; daughter, Laura Boudreaux (Sonny); son, Keith Rauch; grandson, Jeffrey Anderson; sisters, Lynne Collongues, and Gloria Blakesley (Chuck); nephew, Chuck Blakesley, Jr. She was a devout Catholic and served in the altar society of St. Nicholas of Myra. She was a proud, charter member of the Venetian Isles Garden Club. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends and will always be remembered for her warmth, radiance, and her vivacious personality. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to Rachel Stewart and to the incomparable Mrs. Parker for the care and compassion they provided.
