James Carter Haley Jr.

James Carter Haley, Jr. passed away peacefully on April 24, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Maud Haley. He is survived by his children, James Carter Haley, III (Susan), Deborah Haley, John Haley (Amy) and Melinda Whitaker (Lee). Grandchildren: Dustin, Clayton, John David, and Jacob Haley; Michael, Jr., Kristina and Dana Lavarine; Jeremy, Brandon and Jordan Miranda. 3 great grandchildren: Hunter, Kayden and Emma Haley. He was retired from Pellerin Milnor after 43 years. He was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Metairie and he was loved by many. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 12:15 pm on Thursday, April 26, 2018 in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
