Jerrel (Jerry) Joseph Rachel 80,  died January 10, 2018 at his home in Kenner and Jacqueline (Jackie) Rachel 78, died January 24, 2018 at her home in Kenner.  Married for 60 years.  Mr. Rachel was the proprietor of Custom Cycles and J. Rachel Construction.  He later served with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s office for 11 years.  Mrs. Rachel was a homemaker  and retired from D.H.Holmes . Survived by their children Geraldine Rachel and Peter Rachel both of Metairie.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday February 1 at 12:15 P.M. in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in Greenwood Mausoleum.  The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until Mass time
