Helen Guedimin Wilson

Helen Mary Guedimin Wilson passed away with her daughter Margaret by her side on June 29, 2020 at the age of 89. She was born May 15, 1931 and a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She is preceded in death by her parents Felix & Sara Torres Guedimin, her beloved husband Paul Berry Wilson, Jr., brothers Armando & Felix Guedimin, sisters Ophelia Cardaro, Angie Crawley and Delia Guedimin. She is survived by her brother Victor Guedimin, son Paul B. Wilson, III (Gretchen), daughter Margaret Wilson Lentz & grandchildren Paul Lentz (Stephanie), Christine Lentz Walden (J.B.), Sebastian Patrick Lentz & Paul (Vier) Wilson IV.  She is also survived by many nieces & nephews that she loved dearly. In  lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in her name. She will be laid to rest on Friday, July 10, 2020. There will be a visitation at 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:15 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1802 Tulane Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70112. Burial will be at 1:15 PM at St. Patrick Cemetery #3, 143 City Park Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70124. A repass will be held at St. Joseph's Church afterward. Arrangements made by JACOB SCHOEN & SON FUNERAL HOME.
