Frank E. Clesi Jr.

Frank E. Clesi, Jr., born October 8, 1930, died peacefully, surrounded by family, on September 5, 2018. Beloved husband of Doris Martin Clesi for 65 years. He is survived by his four children, Deborah Donahoe (Kevin), Frank Clesi III (Linda), Stephen Clesi (Jennifer), and Elizabeth Mitchell (Thomas), sister: Patricia Wood, 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank E. Clesi, Sr. and Anna Winstein, his sister, Norma Hageney and his grandson, Matthew Donahoe. A longtime parishioner and usher of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church. He graduated from NOA and Tulane University and owned Clesi Marine Contractors. The Clesi family would like to express their gratitude to the caregivers who showed such kindness and compassion during his illness. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 835 Melody Dr. Metairie, LA 70002. Funeral services were private.
