Elois Louise Soule, “Loisy”, a New Orleans native and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died Monday, November 14, 2022. She was born October 8, 1942 to Frederick A. Soule, Sr. and Elois Frank Soule. She was a graduate of Rabouin High School. Elois enjoyed a year as a maid in a New Orleans Mardi Gras tableau. She retired after 34 years of service from New Orleans Traffic Court as a key punch operator. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her siblings, Fredrick A. Soule, Jr. (Patricia) and Ann S. Green (Harry) and numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great-nieces, nephews and many other relatives. For the past three years, Elois resided at Terrebonne Place Assisted Living in Houma, Louisiana, enjoying the company of her friends and caring staff. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, December 3rd at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119.
