Elizabeth Emily Hoffman Fabregas, 96, a homemaker, passed away at The Sanctuary of Passages on Wednesday , January 24, 2018.  She is survived by her children, Clarence Herbert Fabregas, Jr. ( Sharon), Eileen Fabregas  Baril  (David), and Edward Philip Fabregas (Tanya); 6 grandchildren, Dawne Faberge’, Heidi Fabregas Gilbreath, Chad Joseph Fabregas, Brian Christopher Fabregas, Rachel Elizabeth Baril, and Chase Andrew Baril.  4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is the godmother of Peggy Cervini Raabe and Catherine Ann Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her loving husband , Clarence Herbert Fabregas, Sr.; parents, Julia Churchill Hoffman and Andrew Henry Hoffman,  sister, Lilia Hoffman Cervini and brother, Andrew Henry Hoffman.  She was a longtime parishioner of St. Leo the Great Church and St. Pius X Church.  She attended Holy Angels Academy and Annunciation High School.  She was loved and will be missed by all.  The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to The Sanctuary of Passages and to her wonderful sitters for their loving care and compassion.  Family and friends  are invited to attend the visitation from 11:00 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. Saturday January 27 at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home 3827 Canal St.  A mass will be celebrated at 1:30 P. M. in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel with interment to follow in St. Roch #2 Cemetery
