In 1991, Donna started Event Producers Inc., a successful live event production company, with husband Keith and worked as Vice President of Finance until September 2016 when she was diagnosed with cancer.

As a young woman, Donna was a maid in the Alhambra Ball Masque. She was active civically throughout the city of Kenner, serving in multiple roles from 1986 - 2012 including president of the Driftwood Civic Association as well as president and treasurer of the Driftwood Country Club.
