David M. Howard

David M. Howard passed away on October 30th after a short battle with cancer. He was 65. David was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. After serving in the Army as a young man, he went on to work for the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board. Retiring after 37 years of service, he became a valued employee of the Jefferson Parish Sewerage and Water Board until his death. David is survived by his two sons Jeremy and Eric Howard. He also is survived by his childhood and lifelong friend Michael Byrne.
