Brenda Ann Boudreaux Davis, 62, of Metairie, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in New Orleans East Hospital on Thursday, June 21, 2018.
Brenda was born December 25, 1955 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Throughout her life Brenda was known as a generous kind hearted woman that strived to help others in every way possible. Those who knew her best said she would gladly give her last nickel from her pocket to anyone who needed it. Brenda was a loving mother of 2 children, highly successful business woman in the health care industry for over 40 years, mentor, advocate and friend to many. She was loved by all who knew her and was known as a free spirit who was not afraid to break the rules. Brenda will be sorely missed by everyone she leaves behind.
Brenda Ann “Bebe” Boudreaux Davis is preceded in death by her father Henry Joseph Boudreaux III and is survived by her loving mother Leny Elizabeth Mitchell Boudreaux, sister Debra Elizabeth Boudreaux Longstreet (Sidney Michael Longstreet), son Edward Lawson Davis III (Marie-Chantal Gagne Davis), daughter Kelle Claire Davis Jackson (William Cameron Jackson), grandchildren Rebel Lawson Davis, Lilah Grace Jackson, Riley Marie Davis, Peyton Cameron Jackson, nieces Tiffany Ann Longstreet, Shelley Renee Longstreet Calamia, Jamie Lynn Longstreet, former husband Edward Lawson Davis Jr. and countless family, friends and loved ones.
A private “Celebration of Life” will be held in Brenda’s honor per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to humanesociety.org
