Bob, I will always appreciate your wit and humor. your determined spirit, your viewpoints ( even if I disagreed), your readiness to help and share with others, your inspiration and encouragement, your love for family and country and all the wonderful qualities that made you the person I had come to admire and that made me a better person for having known you. You will be sorely missed because you made this world a better place. My prayers go to Therese and family.

My deepest condolences to Therese and the family. Bob I never had the pleasure of meeting you and you will never know how badly I wanted to meet you. Marc talked about you all the time. From the stories he shared you sounded like such an intriguing man. Thank you for giving me my greatest gift my loving husband, your son. I am eternally grateful to you for your service in our military and all that you did to keep our country safe for many years of your life. I will now look forward to meeting you in eternity one day, until then, fair winds and following seas. Rest In Peace. 💙

Our prayers and thoughts go out to you. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Bob for these past 20 years at New York Life. I admired his conviction
and loved is somewhat defiant attitude he displayed at times. Larry and Bob enjoyed sharing Navy stories whenever they would see each other. He took me under his wing
And I learned from him. He was a fighter and I enjoyed his since of humor about his fight with cancer. We had that too in common. He was there for me when I entered my battle 6 years ago.

Although I never worked with Bob, having been detached from the downtime office, I had fond conversations with him. He certainly had his strong opinions about many subjects and never a doubt about where he stood on them. We always had a laugh at the end. When he told me of his illness, I was saddened to hear it, but he dealt with it with a shrug and knew he would work with it anyway it took. He was a courageous guy, and will be missed by all who knew him.
