Dear Mary,
What the…? Who would have thought that two weeks ago I was holding your hand, now I’m writing to you in heaven. I still don’t understand how this could have happened to such an amazing person. I want you to know that I will cherish every memory I have of you until we are together again.
I’m also grateful to have had the opportunity to meet so many of your NOLA family and friends, I know that your spirit will continue to live on in all the wonderful people who shared your life. I’m so glad you made your home in such an extraordinary place, you are now and will forever be part of the soul of the city you loved.
Amy and I will do our best to take care of your “BFF” Mom, I know David and Bandit will be OK with all of your friends to help them along, our journeys will not be the same without you by our side.
XO Forever My Dear Sister,
Renée

"I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death.
They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make.
Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories.
We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love."

The sunflower of our festival family, connecting us together in so many ways. I will miss her warm welcome for a fellow New Englander, her smile, and her tireless efforts for our happy success at the festival. My condolences to the family, and all who loved her, Klon
