Julien Joseph Kratzer, 81, died peacefully Tuesday, January 23rd. Julien was a parishioner of St. Hillary Catholic Church. Born and raised in New Orleans, he will be missed dearly by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alida Bourgeois Kratzer and Joseph Kratzer, his sisters, Janet Kratzer Riviere and Barbara Ann Kratzer and brother in law, Raymond Riviere. Survivors include nephews Joseph, Norbert and Robert Riviere and their spouses along with three great nephews. Family and friends are invited to the visitation Thursday, January 25th beginning at 10:00 am with a 12:15pm Funeral Mass in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel at JACOB SCHOEN & SON.
