Helen Lois Mahony, born on July 16, 1928, passed away on February 5, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents, John Daniel Mahony and Lillian Herkender Mahony, as well as her brother Daniel Kenneth Mahony. She is survived by her brother John Lawrence Mahony and nieces Charlene Mahony and Julie Pizzeck (Eric), grand niece Monique Long and grand nephews Tyler Pizzeck and Hunter Pizzeck. Helen was born and educated in New Orleans and lived her entire life in the city. She traveled to Europe and enjoyed many sea cruises and was a loyal Saints Fan. She was a devoted daughter to her mother, caring for her for several years preceding her Mother’s death. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at 12:15 pm on Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON.
