Edwin A. Sullivan, Jr. passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 9, 2017 at Touro Infirmary at the age of 91.  He is predeceased by his mother, Cecile Shirley Arnoult Sullivan and father, Edwin A. Sullivan, Sr.  Edwin is survived by his wife of 68 years, Colleen Wetzel Sullivan, and children, Richard E. Sullivan (Susan), Mary Lee Rubio (Raoul), and Karen S. McCrossen (Billy), his grandchildren, Rick E. Sullivan (Joyce), Megan S. Schultz (Tommy), Erin S. Flick (Greg) and Kara S. Jambon (Steffan), Amy L. Keberly, Rachel L. McCrossen and Kristina L. McCrossen, his great-grandchildren, Andrew and Emma Sullivan, Reece and Benjamin Sullivan, Owen Schultz, and Juliette Jambon, and his sister-in-law, Sr. Damian Wetzel, Daughter of Charity.  Edwin enlisted and served honorably in the Marine Corps during World War II.  He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, De La Salle Council #3411, American Legion Post #307, VFW Kansas City, MO, and the AARP St. Charles-Napoleon Chapter #1965.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 12:15 pm on Thursday, October 12, 2017 in the J. Garic Schoen Chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until the time of the Mass. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery #1.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Daughters of Charity, Province of St. Louise, 4330 Olive Street, St. Louis MO 63108.
